As well as the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles in management, PT. Chailease Finance Indonesia has established a mechanism for handling frauds and violations from reporting (Whistle Blowing System), investigation and handling process, and feedback to management and the whistleblowers.
Whistleblowing System is not separate from PT. Chailease Finance Indonesia Anti-Fraud Mechanism where in implementing regulations, work and business ethics, the Company's values, feedback for Management and whistleblowers, public or whistleblowers can submit reports on alleged fraud/violations of Good Corporate Governance and ethical values based on the evidence that can be accounted for and with good intentions for the benefit of the company.
The identity of the whistleblower is confidential and the report can be submitted by the whistleblower without listing his/her identity (anonymous).
The matter will then be followed up by a committee that is part of several designated work units to determine follow-up reporting, follow-up steps to feedback to whistleblowers.

Both parties, internal and external, may make Whistleblowing report to PT. Chailease Finance Indonesia, managed by Whistleblowing Officer.
